Purpose and nature of experience
The Recognition Diagnostic™ is a leadership reflection and recognition experience. It is not a clinical or psychological diagnosis, a validated psychological assessment, a determination of your identity or worth, or a promise of coaching or advisory services. Completing it does not qualify or enroll you in any AWC service.
What you provide
If you choose to submit the Diagnostic, AWC receives your name, email address, your responses to the Diagnostic questions, and any written reflections you enter. Please do not include medical diagnoses, financial account details, passwords, Social Security numbers, other highly sensitive information, or confidential information about other people in written responses.
What AWC does with your submission
Your completed submission is securely transmitted to an AWC-controlled response system and may be reviewed by authorized AWC personnel for the stated recognition and conversation purposes. The system records a submission reference, submission time, Diagnostic and notice versions, and your separate contact choices. Your responses are not automatically treated as commercial qualification or moved into AWC's Keap/CES pipeline. Automated AI developmental interpretation is not part of this authorized experience.
Your Recognition Profile™
The Diagnostic uses its governed scoring and recognition logic to generate a participant-facing Recognition Profile™. You may view or download your Profile as provided by the experience. A Profile is a recognition aid, not an automatic advisory recommendation, diagnosis, or enrollment decision.
Your contact choices
Submitting the Diagnostic does not, by itself, sign you up for promotional email or authorize unrestricted contact. The following two choices are separate and optional. Neither is selected for you. If you choose neither option, AWC may receive and review the submission for the Diagnostic's disclosed purpose but will not initiate result-related outreach on the basis of these optional choices. A participant-initiated request may be answered for the requested purpose without treating it as blanket marketing consent. No automatic promotional campaign, text-message permission, or automated calling permission is created by either choice.
Access, retention, and requests
AWC limits access to authorized personnel and uses service providers necessary to host and protect the submission system. AWC deletes the identifiable response payload, including answers, scores, results and written review/contact notes, no later than 30 calendar days after an authorized final disposition ends the review or follow-up purpose; this clock does not start at submission. Earlier deletion may occur after that purpose ends. A documented legal, privacy, security, participant-request or other separately authorized preservation basis may suspend deletion; its release requires an attributable decision. AWC separately retains a minimized administrative record of receipt, notice/acknowledgment, contact choices, attributable actions and deletion facts for up to 24 calendar months after payload deletion, unless a separate preservation basis applies. That administrative record excludes names, email addresses, answers, scores, results and free-text developmental content. Provider-held backups or logs may follow separate provider processes; AWC has not verified their complete expiry or disposal, or a usable provider-native restoration path. Detected recovery uncertainty stops processing; AWC prohibits snapshot reuse and requires a verified fresh response store and attributable reopening authority. This safeguard does not prevent undisclosed provider-side restoration. To ask about your information, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw optional future contact permission, contact coachamwilliams@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not undo communications already sent or records AWC must lawfully retain. AWC will explain any applicable limits.
